INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 8 basil leaves chopped
- 1 small yellow squash, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 3 small tomatoes cut into 6ths or small bite sized pieces
- ½ onion sliced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the butter in a skillet on medium heat
- Add olive oil
- Add the onion slices and sauté till soft
- Add the squash and zucchini, salt and pepper
- Sauté until al dente
- Add basil and tomatoes
- Stir and sauté till tomatoes are warm
- Serve and enjoy the fresh taste of summer!
